This site is dedicated to the citizens of the Town of
Brookhaven, located in Suffolk County, New York.  It is
developed to inform the citizens of several federal and
state lawsuits that have been initiated and pending,
that seek to declare Sections 82 and 85 of the Town
of Brookhaven Code unconstitutional.
